Persist TV Sync state across tab switches in Live Timing

Current Behavior: When using the TV Sync feature in the Live Timing tab, switching to another tab (such as Race Pace) and returning resets the sync timer back to zero.

The Issue: This abrupt reset causes immediate spoilers because the live data catches up instantly. Furthermore, users are forced to wait through the entire delay period all over again just to get back in sync.

Suggested Improvement: Please persist or cache the TV Sync state and offset when navigating away from and back to the Live Timing tab. This would allow seamless multitasking across different tabs without losing synchronization or risking spoilers.
