Changes to the live timing page

I have some possible improvements in mind for the live timing page that is in Beta.

• Have the hover effect on the driver rows start from the center.

• Make the race control window some filters so you can get rid of messages like Info or Flag

• If possible (I don't know what source you use), show timestamps for the team radios.

• For the mini sectors, the tooltip says "status: statuscode" it would be nice to see a description of the statuscode instead

I really like the website so far and hope you keep developing it!
